The marketing effectiveness division of Monks is seeking a talented and engaging Market Analytics Consultant who excels in the field of econometric modeling to significantly impact and drive the company towards sustained growth.

Role Overview

This position involves contributing to our reputation as a premier provider of predictive marketing analytics through the following responsibilities:

  • Manage client projects across various sectors
  • Deliver exceptional marketing evaluation reports to clients
  • Conduct advanced data analysis
  • Create insightful data visualizations
  • Present findings to clients effectively
  • Execute statistical modeling techniques

Collaborate with senior consultants and directors to develop outstanding marketing evaluation initiatives.

Engage in research and development of innovative tools and strategies to expand the business into new domains utilizing cutting-edge methodologies.

There is potential for involvement across the organization, including but not limited to project oversight, business development, research & development, enhancing internal processes, and tool innovation.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • 1 – 2 years of relevant commercial experience in market mix modeling or marketing analytics
  • Ability to articulate complex modeling concepts in a straightforward manner
  • Degree in Econometrics, Economics, or Mathematics (with a focus on Econometrics) with a minimum of 2.1 classification
  • Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint; familiarity with Google Analytics and G Suite is a plus
  • Experience in project management
  • Competence in statistical modeling software
  • Knowledge of R or Python is beneficial, though not mandatory
