Customer Liaison Officer Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to work with a leading company in the built environment sector. We are seeking a skilled Customer Liaison Officer to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To promote and deliver a high standard of customer care to all residents
  • Assist in monitoring, evaluating, and controlling service performance
  • Ensure strong communication links exist between residents, clients, and operational teams to enable effective work management
  • Act proactively to resolve any issues that arise quickly and effectively
  • Coordinate and attend meetings with residents, updating diaries, records, and reports

Requirements:

  • Over 2 years of experience in a customer service role or similar
  • Valid driving license
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Some flexibility in working hours may be required (evening meetings)
  • Self-motivated and calm under pressure
