About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care in Shotton. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence, and supporting them in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Encourage individuals to access their local communities, engage in social activities, and develop new life skills.
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
  • Hold a full UK manual driving license and be willing to use it for work-related purposes.
