Job Opportunity: Sleep Night Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Sleep Night Support Worker at Active Care Group. As a Sleep Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with complex care needs in their own homes overnight.

About the Role:

  • Support clients with personal care, medication, and moving and handling
  • Work flexible night shifts, including 21:00-08:30 hour-long shifts
  • Part-time availability, with 2-3 shifts per week
  • Alternative weekends
