About the Role

We provide specialized support to adults with spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries, and complex health needs, enabling them to live fulfilling lives in their own homes. As an Overnight Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' well-being and comfort throughout the night.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care, including assistance with personal hygiene and medication administration.
  • Ensure the safety and security of our clients during overnight hours.
  • Monitor client well-being and respond promptly to any needs or concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized living environment.
Qualifications

While previous experience is not required, a genuine desire to help others and a compassionate nature are essential. We offer comprehensive training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
