Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute engaging swimming lessons that align with our established curriculum.
  • Incorporate reward systems into lessons to motivate young swimmers.
  • Ensure the safe use of all swimming equipment and maintain safety standards during sessions.
  • Conduct dynamic risk assessments to ensure a secure learning environment.
  • Assess individual swimmer capabilities and encourage them to achieve their maximum potential.
  • Demonstrate modern swimming techniques and provide clear explanations.
  • Foster a positive and enjoyable atmosphere to motivate and inspire students.
  • Evaluate lesson effectiveness and provide constructive feedback.
  • Regularly monitor swimmer progress and facilitate the awarding of certificates through our online platform.
