Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging swimming lessons, adhering to our scheme of work and lesson plans
- Integrate our reward schemes into classes to motivate swimmers
- Ensure the safe provision of equipment and its correct use
- Conduct dynamic risk assessments to maintain a safe learning environment
- Identify swimmers' abilities and encourage them to reach their full potential
- Provide clear explanations and demonstrations of modern swimming techniques
- Develop swimmers' techniques and identify ways to improve performance
- Create a positive and fun environment to motivate and encourage swimmers
- Evaluate sessions and provide constructive feedback
- Regularly assess swimmers' progress and arrange for certificates using our online portal
