We Are Swim is seeking a passionate and skilled Swimming Teacher to join our team in Crewe, Cheshire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to children aged 3-11 years
• Use technology to track swimmers' progress and provide excellent customer experience
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a premium experience
• Attend training and team meetings to share best practice and learn from others

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards swimming
• Good communication skills
• Ability to inspire confidence and motivate swimmers
• Perseverance and patience
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
