We are currently looking for a meticulous and highly organized Office Coordinator to join Elizabeth Michael Associates LTD on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Working Hours: Full-Time, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing email correspondence, processing invoices, and ensuring our database systems are accurately maintained and updated.
This position demands exceptional communication abilities, a proactive mindset for addressing challenges, and the capacity to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and respond to incoming email communications.
- Address customer inquiries and deliver precise information or support.
- Keep well-organized records of all email interactions.
- Assist in generating invoice reports for management review.
- Ensure database systems are updated with accurate and current information.
- Input new data and verify the correctness and completeness of existing data.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative or related position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with database management and data entry practices.
