About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Garden Team Leader to join our team at Sungardening in Wandsworth, Greater London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and time standards are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and time standards are met.
  • Covering and supporting teams during annual leave and sick leave as required.
  • Attending and reporting in fortnightly management meetings.
  • Planning, pricing, and supervising small landscape improvement projects.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in high-end residential garden maintenance and soft landscaping, with a management or team leader role.
  • Desirable: RHS Level 2 or equivalent.
  • A driving license.
