We seek an individual who is passionate about high-profile projects, possesses patience, and excels under considerable pressure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to prioritize competing tasks and devise solutions to meet critical timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between external stakeholders, consultants, suppliers, and contractors.
- Prepare, request, and review legal documents, contracts, fee proposals, NDAs, and SOWs.
- Expedite and distribute feedback and minutes to internal and external teams to guide next steps.
- Monitor the progress of all consultants, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Manage invoices in collaboration with accounts payable.
- Coordinate ad hoc company travel and event participation.
- Oversee office management for the Lake & Co team, including HR policies, insurance, health and safety, and liaising with IT support.
- Develop job descriptions and collaborate with recruiters to identify and interview suitable candidates.
- Distribute employment contracts and coordinate with finance for payroll setup.
- Manage external contractors and office supplies with the support of Directors' PAs.
- Maintain an organized company contact database and accurate records across all projects and transactions.
- Ensure a pleasant office environment and manage IT/CRM systems.
- Handle incoming calls professionally.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Management role.
- Exceptional time management skills, capable of meeting strict deadlines, even outside regular hours.
- Proficient in digital tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- A valid driving license is required.
Additional Information:
