About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and helpful individual to join our team in Bristol as a Customer Service Assistant. As a key member of our community-facing team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer transactions, and supporting a range of enquiries.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and processing.
  • Support a range of enquiries, providing information and assistance to customers in a caring and friendly way.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service initiatives and processes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience of dealing with customers and providing good customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
