**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Coach to join our team at Atlas Recruitment Group Limited. As an Apprenticeship Coach, you will work with various multi-functional teams to visit learners within their workplace, utilizing your vocational experience and knowledge in vehicle engineering to deliver learning, coach, assess, and support them to achieve their apprenticeship.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver high-quality apprenticeship training and coaching to learners in a variety of settings
- Assess and evaluate learner progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
- Collaborate with industry experts and stakeholders to develop and implement effective apprenticeship programs
- Contribute to the development of new apprenticeship standards and qualifications
- Provide administrative support for apprenticeship-related tasks and projects
**Requirements:**
- Relevant industry-related qualification (minimum of level 3)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an appropriate industry environment
- Demonstrates a high level of organisational skills
- Previous experience in an Army/Defence environment (desirable)
- Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement/Education & Training (desirable)
