About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Team Lead to join our team at Kanso Facilities Management Ltd. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping team, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Coordinate Housekeeping Team: Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that they are trained, motivated, and equipped to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
  • Develop and Implement Housekeeping Procedures: Create and maintain effective housekeeping procedures, ensuring that our facilities are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Monitor and Improve Quality Standards: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our facilities meet our quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the inventory and supply chain for housekeeping materials, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to maintain our facilities.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, including maintenance and facilities management, to ensure that our facilities are maintained and repaired as needed.
  • Ensure Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure that our housekeeping team is aware of and complies with all health and safety regulations, including those related to cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Develop and Implement Training Programs: Create and deliver training programs for housekeeping staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct Performance Evaluations: Conduct regular performance evaluations of housekeeping staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
  • Manage Budget and Resources: Oversee the budget and resources for the housekeeping department, ensuring that we are using our resources effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Housekeeping Management: A minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Ability to Work Independently: The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.

Working Hours:

Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
