As a registered nurse at HC-One, you'll have the opportunity to build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills.

Job Responsibilities

As a registered nurse at HC-One, you'll be responsible for providing person-centred care to our residents, advocating for their needs, and delivering a high standard of care. You'll work closely with our multi-professional teams to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.

Requirements

  • Valid NMC Pin qualification
  • Experience in a care home environment
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
