About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team at QED Legal in Sutton Coldfield. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including house sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, and right to buy cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
  • Conduct thorough research and due diligence on property transactions
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts and deeds
  • Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues in property transactions
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in residential conveyancing
  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing law and procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to engage in business development efforts and forge relationships with new and existing clients
