We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conveyancing Support Specialist to join our team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will provide effective support to our Conveyancing Solicitors, working closely with fee earners to ensure efficient operation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide full support to Conveyancing Solicitors, enabling them to operate efficiently.
  • Prepare correspondence using our case management system.
  • Attend to clients via telephone and in person.
  • Administer filing systems, including daily filing, opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files.
  • Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch.
  • Arrange scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge and experience within Residential Conveyancing.
  • Demonstrate initiative and ability to undertake searches, ID checks, and other work on files without dictation.
  • Possess high levels of speed and accuracy.
  • Good telephone manner and comfortable speaking with clients.
  • Highly organized, methodical, and adaptable.
  • 2-3 years experience ideally in Conveyancing.
