About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Specialist with Italian language expertise to join our team. As a Product Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality technical support to our customers and install bases of Security Products' ACVS division. You will work closely with our SI/channel partners and field engineers to resolve technical issues and provide configuration, commissioning, and installation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support in Linux and Microsoft operating systems and applications
- Develop and maintain support documentation, including procedural documentation
- Install and configure hardware, software, and related IT equipment and devices
- Support Windows server, network, and computing infrastructure – housekeeping tasks and daily checks
- Test and evaluate new technology and infrastructure
- Ensure ongoing compliance with agreed standard IT solutions and related security practices
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of our support portal and drive innovation in the team
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Italian and good working knowledge of any other European language
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team
- Awareness of or some working experience with Windows XP/7 or Linux
- Applicants must be familiar with IT, Software Engineering, or related degree
- Candidates must be based in the UK and have work authorisation for UK full-time employment
