ROLE DESCRIPTION

CAPCO is seeking experienced financial services Business Analysts to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients to advise and deliver change projects, leveraging your expertise in business and technical requirements, effective ways of working, and risk management.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify new and better ways of working, drive the use of Agile methodologies, and recommend areas for change.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver change projects
  • Developing business and technical requirements, effective ways of working, and risk management strategies
  • Working closely with stakeholders to identify new and better ways of working
  • Driving the use of Agile methodologies to improve organizational agility
  • Recommending areas for change and providing support to the business as changes develop
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience working within Retail Banking as a Business Analyst
  • Solid experience of process mapping and process re-engineering
  • Proven ability to conduct process mapping and customer journey analysis
  • Change Management Methodology experience, with proven delivery experience working in a project environment with different methodologies
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Change Management Implementation experience, including involvement in projects from Business Case creation through to User Acceptance Testing coordination
  • Requirements Gathering experience, including the ability to produce structured functional specification and run effective workshops for client business users
  • Data Interpretation skills, including the ability to critically evaluate information gathered across multiple sources and recommend proposals to clients
  • Strong academic record and good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills, including the ability to communicate to a variety of audiences across business function and level
