This position entails overseeing communication channels, resolving maintenance concerns, and collaborating with service providers to ensure the efficient operation of commercial real estate.
Primary Responsibilities
Communication Management:
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Address inquiries and concerns from tenants, providing them with accurate information and support.
  • Document and relay messages to appropriate team members.
Maintenance Oversight:
  • Log and track maintenance requests submitted by tenants.
  • Evaluate the urgency of maintenance issues and prioritize them accordingly.
  • Keep tenants informed about the progress of their maintenance requests.
Service Provider Coordination:
  • Arrange and manage appointments with contractors for repairs and maintenance.
  • Ensure that contractors have the necessary access and information to complete their tasks.
  • Follow up with contractors to verify the completion of work and the quality of service provided.
Administrative Assistance:
  • Maintain and update records and databases related to property management.
  • Prepare and distribute notices and communications to tenants.
