About the Opportunity

An exciting chance to join a dynamic and growing company as a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist. Our client, a leading international business, is seeking a talented individual to join their FP&A team in Dudley.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior management, department heads, and key leadership figures to drive business growth and success.
  • Provide financial planning and analysis to the Directors on the performance of the company's portfolio, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop financial and strategic plans for various country portfolios and property types, as well as for the broader organization.
  • Create annual budgets and forecasts for different country portfolios and property types, consolidating these into a master budget.
  • Analyze historical financial performance and investments, conduct competitor analysis, and assess market trends with detailed commentary for management.
  • Build financial models to project growth, forecast performance, and estimate returns on investment.
  • Review previous budgets and forecasts, conduct variance analysis, and explain any discrepancies.
  • Perform trend analysis to provide insights that enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Recommend enhancements and advise on the use of financing structures like debt and equity when suitable.
What We're Looking For
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified – or a very strong finalist
  • Well-versed in commercial finance
  • A commercially driven mindset
  • Driving License
