Churchill Estates Management is seeking a dedicated and personable Part-Time Lodge Manager to join our thriving retirement development. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of our Home Owners by providing exceptional customer service, fostering a vibrant community, and ensuring the smooth operation of the property.

Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care and service within the Lodge. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing engaging activities and events for residents
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
  • Conducting regular health and safety checks to ensure a secure environment
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their concerns and requests promptly and efficiently
  • Liaising with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations

About You

The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for customer service, coupled with strong administrative and organizational skills. You will be an outgoing and approachable individual with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive and resourceful approach is essential, as you will often work independently to resolve issues and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Previous experience in a similar role within the retirement living, social housing, hospitality, or customer service sectors would be highly advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, is also required.
