About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced communications professional to join our team as a Business Communications Lead. This is a key role that will play a critical part in shaping the communications strategy for our Global Individual Health (GIH) segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Internal Communications: Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives. This will include creating and executing a range of employee engagement initiatives, such as leadership calls, town halls, and reward and recognition campaigns.
  • External Communications: Work closely with our CMO to develop and execute an external communications plan that builds awareness and reputation for GIH in key markets. This will include creating press releases, media materials, and managing media requests for interviews.
  • Crisis Management: Develop and implement a crisis management communications plan that ensures timely and effective communication with stakeholders in the event of a crisis.
  • Media Relations: Foster meaningful relationships with key media platforms and manage media lists for wider outreach.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Generate reports for internal distribution and manage relevant budgets for external communication activities.
About You
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5+ years' experience in a corporate communications role or public relations agency.
  • Skills: Strong writing skills, attention to detail, business acumen, and ability to learn about and understand the segment and global environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Collaborative, passionate about corporate affairs, and able to work in a fast-paced, complex environment.
