Swanage Pier Trust is seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to support the trust's mission.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a fundraising plan to maximize income from a range of sources, including trusts, corporate partnerships, individual giving, and philanthropy.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, and partners.
- Manage and steward a portfolio of donors, ensuring timely and effective communication and recognition.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other team members to develop and implement fundraising initiatives and events.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising activities, making recommendations for improvement.
- Proven experience in fundraising, with a track record of success in developing and implementing fundraising strategies.
- Strong relationships with trusts, corporate partners, and individual donors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising activities.
