We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Broker to join our team at Rutherford Briant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, nurturing existing relationships, and securing new business wins.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Proactively engage with new clients, build strong relationships, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Financial Proposal and Credit Application Preparation: Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation, prepare financial proposals, and secure the best terms available.
  • Lender Panel Management: Work closely with a panel of lenders to negotiate conditions, document key actions, and expedite the flow of WIP through to completion.
  • Market Knowledge and Staying Up-to-Date: Maintain a deep understanding of lenders and their specific criteria, ensuring you can provide expert advice to clients.
  • Client Meetings and Relationship Building: Meet with high-value clients to ensure long-term value and future opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in commercial finance brokering/lending, with a strong knowledge of products and lenders across the commercial lending market.
