Main Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients in their home environment, recognizing when a patient is deteriorating and intervening and escalating concerns appropriately.
- Provide a high standard of care, demonstrating good assessment, clinical, and communication skills.
- Work autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating a professional and approachable manner.
- Participate in the development of our services, contributing to the growth and improvement of our team.
The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of hours, including full and part-time shifts, Monday to Friday, with approximately one weekend in five. The hours can be negotiable to meet the needs of the service.
