  • Become proficient in climate and nature datasets essential for managing these risks, drawing conclusions on significant trends and patterns while collaborating with data providers to enhance our understanding.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze outputs from climate risk assessment models and user tools.
  • Lead the creation and upkeep of documentation for climate and nature risk assessment models and user tools.
  • Address regulatory expectations and requirements for managing climate and nature-related risks.
  • Direct the formulation of internal climate-nature scenarios utilized for risk management purposes.
Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Professional experience in climate stress testing, transition modelling, and/or sectoral decarbonization pathways.
  • Solid quantitative foundation is essential.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with a strong sense of ownership in delivering high-quality outputs within tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and succinctly to influence senior management.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills: proficient in statistical modelling (Python) and adept at handling large datasets.
  • Ability to create impactful presentations and documentation, with a keen attention to detail.
