About the Role

A leading company, ARC Group, is seeking an experienced BeMS (Building Energy Management Systems) Project Manager to oversee and manage projects valued between £10k and £500k.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of projects from sales handover by thoroughly understanding the quote, scope of works, and specifications.
  • Utilize and maintain standard documents, including project programmes, technical submittals, RFIs, variation summaries, points lists, and panel drawings.
  • Manage all health and safety aspects of the projects, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Regularly monitor, review, and report on project progress, delays, and resource adjustments to the company and customers.
  • Conduct quality checks and control of all installation works to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Oversee all financial aspects of contracts, including cost management and reporting.
  • Foster and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and manage expectations.
  • Coordinate and manage all labor required on projects, including electricians, commissioning engineers, panel designers, and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with project engineers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the BMS industry.
  • Strong organizational and commercial skills.
  • Knowledge of Trend systems and a good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Familiarity with relevant health and safety legislation and best practices.
  • Experience in managing contract documentation and customer relationships.
  • A proactive attitude, with pride in delivering high-quality work.
  • Financial management skills (training provided if necessary).
