Job Description

BMS Project Engineer - MEP Engineering Specialist

We are seeking an experienced BMS Project Engineer to join our MEP Engineering team at Crown House Technologies, a leading construction and infrastructure technology services provider. As a BMS Project Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality BMS systems on commercial projects, working closely with our project delivery team and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as part of the project delivery team, reporting to the BEMS Project Manager
  • Read and understand the BMS scope and interaction with all M&E specifications
  • Produce Schedule of Deliverables, Interface Matrix, Network Architecture Drawings, Functional Design Specifications, Points Schedules, Technical submittals, RFI's, etc.
  • Issue design information to panel manufacturers and review panel wiring diagrams for accuracy
  • Understand, oversee, and manage production of BEMS software and graphics
  • Assist the commissioning and point-to-point testing of Commission Control Panels (CP) to monitor and control mechanical systems
  • Ensure project handover documentation is managed to ensure it is ready at handover
  • Ensure handover of fully operational BEMS Systems
  • Adhere to all company policies & procedures, particularly to health & safety
Requirements
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualifications (full electrical apprenticeship or equivalent)
  • Proven track record of delivering BEMS systems
  • Exceptional technical knowledge of BEMS
  • Experience working with BACNET and/or Modbus
