About the Role

We are seeking an experienced BMS Project Engineer to join our in-house MEP Engineering business, Crown House Technologies, as part of our Baker Street project. This is a high-quality, prestigious commercial office and residential scheme in central London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as part of the project delivery team, reporting to the BEMS Project Manager.
  • Read and understand the BMS scope and the interaction and relation with all M&E specifications.
  • Use standard documents to produce Schedule of Deliverables, Interface Matrix, Network Architecture Drawings, Functional Design Specifications, Points Schedules, Technical submittals, RFI's, etc.
  • Issue design information to panel manufacturers and review panel wiring diagrams for accuracy.
  • Understand, oversee, and manage production of BEMS software and graphics.
  • Assist the commissioning and point-to-point testing and Commission Control Panels (CP) to monitor and control mechanical systems.
  • Ensure any project handover documentation is managed to ensure it is ready at handover.
  • Ensure handover of fully operational BEMS Systems.
  • Adhere to all company policies & procedures, particularly to health & safety.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualifications (full electrical apprenticeship or equivalent).
  • Proven track record of delivering BEMS systems.
  • Exceptional technical knowledge of BEMS.
  • Experience working with BACNET and or Modbus.
