Interim Home Manager Job Opportunity

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Interim Home Manager to lead our care home team in Wigston, Leicester. As the Interim Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, person-centered care is delivered to our residents.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the staff team and implement effective care planning and assessments
* Liaise with local authorities and the CQC to ensure compliance with regulations
* Manage audits and budget to ensure financial stability

**Requirements**

* Previous experience in managing a care home, leading a team, and dealing with local authorities and the CQC
* Good knowledge of care home finances and budgeting

**What We Offer**

* A generous salary of up to £53,850 per annum
