Utility Collections Ltd is a dynamic and rapidly growing debt recovery agency within the energy industry. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Administrator to join our Quality & Assurance department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional administrative support to ensure accurate account records are maintained in accordance with service requirements.
- Conduct QA checks and auditing of client accounts, capturing outcomes effectively on our CRM system.
- Act as a primary point of contact for external field agents and internal stakeholders.
- Field and respond to queries from various internal and external channels.
- Coordinate the scheduling of third-party suppliers, including Meter Operator Engineers, Locksmiths, and other service providers.
- Manage the diaries of field-based Warrant Officers and ensure seamless coordination of their activities.
- Prepare and issue invoices, track accounts payable, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Produce customized reports and statistical information to support business decision-making.
- Perform other duties as requested to support the team's objectives.
Requirements
- Exceptional administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to our custom-built CRM system.
- Experience in debt resolution and collections, preferably within the utility industry.
