About the Team:
The Claims Strategy Team is a vibrant and inclusive unit dedicated to managing claims and analyzing claims data to foster learning and drive strategic initiatives. About NHS Resolution:

Key Responsibilities:
The Claims Strategy Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing claims from initiation to resolution, implementing innovative solutions that align with organizational strategies and adapting to new legislative impacts.
Key duties include:
- Leading various projects that require strategic thinking and planning.
- Collaborating with claimant representatives to facilitate early claim resolutions.
- Providing support and resources to Claims Managers to explore new operational methods.
- Testing and piloting new initiatives in partnership with the Continuous Improvement Team.
- Managing a personal caseload of traditional claims.
