About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Advance TRS. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating daily construction activities with clients and principal contractors to meet program schedules.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily construction activities with clients and principal contractors to meet program schedules.
  • Obtain quotations, raise Purchase Order requests, and manage change processes.
  • Provide technical support as part of the regional team and deputise for the Lead Operational Engineer when necessary.
  • Identify potential project risks/opportunities and seek continuous improvement.
  • Participate in standby rotas, work additional hours to maintain client infrastructure, and respond to faults and programmed activities.
  • Assist in developing the ongoing NAMP and deliver maintenance and construction activities within the area of authorisation.
  • Represent our Services at client and contractor meetings.
  • Manage engineering teams and ensure compliance with all H&S procedures during activities.
  • Take Field Control of switching operations on client-owned assets and manage protection testing.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and correct mal-operations during equipment life.
  • Ensure all as-built drawings and relay settings are confirmed in our database before energisation.
  • Plan and manage commissioning and plant acceptance testing to set standards and ensure safe energisation.
