About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our Store Development Team at Redefined Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of new stores, extensions, and modernisations of our existing store portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage assigned project plans and deadlines, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Site Management: Oversee the construction process, monitoring progress and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and colleagues, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Quality Control: Ensure compliance with our corporate specification and internal procedures, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Cost Management: Manage project budgets, controlling costs and ensuring value for money.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Senior team on project progress and performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Engineering or Construction.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a Construction/Engineering related role, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: PC literate with strong Microsoft Office skills, a professional and refined negotiator with sound commercial acumen and judgment, highly organised with a pragmatic and analytical approach.
  • Qualifications: RICS, CIOB or MAPM accreditation is desirable or working towards qualifications.
  • Driving License: Essential for this role.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £62,000 - £90,000 per annum.
