Payments and Expenses Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Payments and Expenses Administrator to join our team at Galliford Try. As a Payments and Expenses Administrator, you will be responsible for processing payments to external subcontractors and suppliers, as well as intercompany transfers. You will also investigate and resolve possible duplicate invoices to ensure duplicate payments are not made. Additionally, you will ensure all payments made are posted on Oracle and investigate and resolve queries and payments returned to the Divisional Payments Accounts.

- You will have knowledge of Office, specifically Excel.
- You will have a flexible working approach.
- You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a varying workload.
- You will be able to work well within a team environment.
