Role Overview

This critical position will function in a hybrid model, allowing for flexibility while collaborating with some of the most innovative professionals in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

As the Manufacturing IT and Business Process Manager, you will:

  • Lead the design of manufacturing processes and ensure IT readiness.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration with FORSEVEN's business partners, including Engineering, Product, Sales, Procurement, and our Contract Manufacturing partner.
  • Guarantee timely and effective IT solutions, interfaces, and processes related to manufacturing.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all manufacturing-related IT and processes within FORSEVEN and with our manufacturing partner.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business processes for the entire Manufacturing Team.
  • Act as the Business Process Owner for manufacturing in all IT system and business process-related initiatives.
  • Conduct regular visits to the Contract Manufacturing facility to ensure alignment and progress.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Expertise in business process modeling.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering.
  • Familiarity with business systems such as PLM-3Dex and ERP-SAP, including a solid understanding of system integration flows.
  • A structured and organized approach with a proven track record in process implementation and management.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and the collaborative responsibilities of Vehicle Programme and Manufacturing teams to ensure successful launches.
  • The ability to foster a culture of collaboration and rapid delivery across FORSEVEN and partner organizations.
  • A proactive attitude focused on achieving outstanding results.
  • Capability to engage with multiple stakeholders and drive towards shared objectives.
  • Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
