Repair Planner/Scheduler Job Description
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Repair Planner/Scheduler to join our team at Fawkes and Reece. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the completion of repairs in various properties in the Buxton and High Peak area.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Booking in property repairs by making appointments with tenants, councils, tradesmen, and contractors
* Liaising with stakeholders on a daily basis to ensure work is completed efficiently
* Delivering exceptional customer service to customers and clients, resolving any issues that may arise
* Reporting to the Senior Planner to provide an effective service
**Requirements**
* Previous experience working in a call centre or similar role
* Ability to communicate clearly over the phone in an office environment
* Proficiency in using computer systems via Microsoft packages
* General understanding of call systems and logging notes
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain patient in challenging situations
