Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers, understand their vehicle concerns, and provide detailed reports on vehicle inspections.
- Repair and Service Coordination: Explain recommended repairs and services to customers, provide accurate estimates, and schedule appointments.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintain a smooth service department workflow.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage the service department's calendar, perform data entry, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as a service advisor or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of automotive systems and repairs, ability to multitask, and proficient computer skills.
