Lead Consultant for Communication and Engagement

The team collaborates closely with AtkinsRéalis technical experts throughout the UK to effectively convey project narratives and empower communities and stakeholders to influence our plans. This engagement is crucial in integrating their insights into the design processes of infrastructure and development initiatives. Our esteemed clients include various governmental and commercial entities.

Key Responsibilities:

Your role will involve:
  • Identifying project stakeholders and formulating strategies to cultivate relationships, communicate effectively, consult, and collaborate.
  • Working alongside our graphics and visualization team and technical experts to create diverse communication materials, ranging from printed brochures to interactive visual content.
  • Organizing and facilitating events to engage with communities and organizations, including webinars, workshops, and local exhibitions.
  • Planning and executing extensive public consultations.
  • Gathering and analyzing public feedback to inform project development and reporting findings.
  • Actively participating in business development initiatives, including networking, opportunity identification, proposal writing, and client presentations.
  • Managing projects and budgets, both independently and as a lead in multi-disciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits:
