The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to deliver high-quality, efficient, and professional support throughout the organization, addressing stakeholder needs related to the creation of communication and engagement materials. This role also involves assisting in the organization and execution of various engagement events.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize effective administrative skills and various software applications to track training completions, generate reports, and create basic resources for training and communication.
- Prioritize requests effectively to ensure that all deadlines are met.
- Facilitate staff engagement through a comprehensive schedule of Wellbeing events, ranging from informal gatherings to significant award ceremonies.
- Provide on-site support during events, including welcoming attendees, offering directions, and disseminating information.
- Collaborate closely with the Quality and Compliance Manager and the Internal Communications Manager to ensure alignment with corporate and departmental objectives.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and committed individual, dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the diverse staff community.

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of conveying messages through various channels to a broad audience, including frontline staff.
