Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to support the programme's objectives and goals.
  • Lead a team of communications professionals to deliver high-quality, timely, and accurate communications outputs.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the four departments to ensure alignment and consistency in communications.
  • Provide strategic guidance and direction to the communications team to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and programme promotion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior officials, suppliers, and clients.
Person Specification
  • Demonstrable experience of leading communications teams in a fast-paced and complex programme or change management environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering strategic communications and building programme-wide engagement.
  • Ability to influence and challenge assumptions in an assertive yet constructive way across a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a large, complex organisation with a range of senior stakeholders at board and/or Ministerial level.
