We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cover Supervisor to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our schools by supervising classes in the absence of the teacher.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes in a positive and safe learning environment, ensuring students stay on task and manage any disruptions.
- Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to overcome barriers to learning.
- Implement pre-prepared lesson plans, utilizing your strong classroom management skills to engage students in their learning.
- Collaborate with support staff to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for all students.
- Promote the safeguarding and welfare of all students.
