We are seeking a highly skilled Urban Training Support Officer to join our team at Babcock. As an Urban Training Support Officer, you will play a critical role in the delivery of urban training solutions at our Gibraltar Barracks facility.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and users to ensure effective delivery of training solutions.
- Training Planning and Delivery: Collaborate with training planning teams to schedule training events, brief users on facilities, and undertake pre and post-exercise inspections.
- Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of sacrificial units and general training area fabric to ensure a safe and functional training environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and develop excellent relationships with users, planners, supply chain, and maintenance teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Driving License: Hold a valid driving license suitable for use in the UK.
- Complex Output Management: Demonstrate a strong track record of managing and delivering complex outputs while protecting stakeholder interests.
- Customer Focus: Proven track record of working within a busy customer-focused organization, demonstrating confidence to build client relationships at all levels.
- Military or Civil Emergency Services Experience: Ideally have experience working within a Military or Civil Emergency Services context.
- Computer Literacy: Computer literacy in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Project.
