Key Responsibilities:- Assess and Document Risk: Accurately review customer applications to identify potential risk factors and assess whether we can offer Life, Critical Illness Cover, and Income Protection applications.
- Customer Service: Address customer requirements in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring that exceptional customer experience is delivered.
- Complaints Handling: Identify and escalate complaints to authorized handlers, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all work, enabling effective communication and business decision-making.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with legislative and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and expectations are met.
- Service Level Agreements: Understand and meet service level commitments made during the marketing and sales processes.
- Experience: Proven experience working within a financial services organization.
- Risk Assessment: Understanding of risk factors for mortality and morbidity (desirable).
- Product Knowledge: Basic knowledge of all protection products (desirable).
- Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of legislations and regulatory requirements (desirable).
- Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
