Vice President ICS Control Management Risk ID, Assessment, and Reporting

We're looking for a seasoned professional to join our ICS Control Management team as a Vice President of Risk ID, Assessment, and Reporting. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks within our business processes.
About the RoleAs a Vice President of Risk ID, Assessment, and Reporting, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing expert risk identification and assessment services to our business units
- Facilitating risk assessments and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Leading control monitoring and reporting to senior management
- Identifying areas of high-risk for intervention and conducting quality assurance
- Compiling thematic risk reporting to provide actionable insights to our business units
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 8+ years of experience in operational risk management
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in process governance and risk management
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
