Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Enhancement Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing new accounts and growing existing ones within your established geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, and resolve complaints in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
  2. Territory and Account Planning: Develop and implement annual territory and account plans using our CRM system to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
  3. Product Support: Leverage our Service Platform (ESP) to support the needs of healthcare professionals, including marketing, medical education, and practice management.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Medical Service Liaison, Medical Affairs Clinician, and HCP Advocates to differentiate our products and services.
  5. Commercial Strategy: Collaborate with your direct line manager to develop a commercial strategy and account plan for each commercial client, ensuring the right level of support and resource allocation.
  6. Market Analysis: Analyze sales data, customer segments, and growth drivers on a regular basis to inform business decisions.
  7. Industry Events: Attend key national, regional, and sales meetings, as well as industry congresses, as required by the company.
  8. CRM Management: Ensure all customer-related activity is recorded on a daily basis within our CRM system.
  9. Compliance: Ensure personal and company compliance with local and company policies and procedures.
  10. Ad-Hoc Projects: Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by your manager.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or two years of related aesthetic, pharmaceutical, or other relevant sales experience.
  2. Skills: Excellent emotional intelligence, interpersonal, and teamwork skills; energized by building, innovating, and change; proficient in MS Office, with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and skilled in Excel; experience with Salesforce.
  3. License: Full clean driving license.
