About the Role
Penguin Recruitment is seeking an experienced Building Performance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our consultancy, you will be responsible for delivering innovative sustainability solutions to the built environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver projects from concept design to completion
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate sustainability strategies into all phases of the construction projects
- Use expertise to achieve sustainability targets and enhance performance by providing certifications on projects
- Produce and implement circular economy, whole life carbon, and WELL certifications into projects
Requirements
- Relevant experience as a Sustainability or Building Performance Specialist within the construction industry
- Relevant degree within an environmental science or engineering discipline
- Experience delivering sustainability assessments throughout a project lifecycle with a relevant qualification being desirable
- Experience with Circular Economy opportunities and Whole Life Carbon Assessments would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail
