Job Title: Building Performance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Building Performance Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As a Building Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for working with a group of 12-14 businesses, providing strategic advice and support to help them grow and succeed on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of our clients' businesses on Amazon
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize supply chain, merchandising, selection, and conversion
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Work closely with colleagues in Europe to develop and implement business solutions
  • Build long-term relationships with decision makers and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a sales or account management environment
  • Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Proven ability to successfully influence at all levels within an organization
  • Passion for developing an engaging customer user experience
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
