Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective healthcare services. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a collaborative environment.

In collaboration with a team of healthcare professionals, you will provide senior clinical oversight, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of care. Your role will involve conducting patient consultations and health assessments within our private clinic, prioritizing exceptional patient experiences.

We have established various organization-wide committees across specialized fields. You will have the opportunity to engage with your clinical specialty, connecting with peers nationwide. Regular meetings will facilitate the sharing of best practices and innovative approaches to service improvement. You will contribute to quality enhancement initiatives, research, and development activities, where we celebrate and recognize clinical excellence.

Additionally, we offer opportunities for seasoned GP trainers to lead training and mentorship programs across primary care, including support for medical and nursing students, allied health professionals, and GP Registrars. Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be on the performers list and possess full GMC registration. You should demonstrate a clear understanding of the distinctions between Primary Care and hospital settings, along with the ability to assess and address the healthcare needs of patients.
